Proofs that Gerald Flurry is a False Prophet



Now we are ready to prove that GRF is a false prophet. 

First a recap of my contact with the PCG. In 2000 I had decided to leave the WCG and was looking at various Church of God organizations that had separated from WCG and still preached and practiced what HWA taught. I had tried UCG, LCG and in early 2001 I started attending PCG. 

At that time GRF was running a series of articles in one of PCG’s magazine for members, the Royal Vision, and wrote a booklet titled “Who is That Prophet?”, claiming that he was “That Prophet” mentioned in John 1:19-21. 

After I read the articles, I wrote a 60 page paper to him explaining with proofs that I  had been called to the office of a prophet like Moses (Deuteronomy 18:15, 18-19), and that “That Prophet” mentioned in John 1:19-21 was none other than the prophet like Moses. After the Feast of Tabernacles annual holy day festival that year, when the local minister discussed my paper and asked me to recant what I had written, I refused. As a result, I was disfellowshipped from the PCG. Then UCG became my permanent home.

1)  GRF Twisted Scriptures to Claim he is ‘That Prophet”

The first proof that GRF is a false prophet is that he twisted John 1:19-21 to claim that “That Prophet” mentioned in these verses is different from the prophet like Moses.

When John the Baptist was baptizing people, the Jews who were expecting the Messiah to appear wanted to know who he was. So they asked him. John 1:19-25 records the conversation, “19 And this is the record of John [the Baptist], when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who are you? 20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. 21 And they asked him, What then? Are you Elias [Elijah]? And he says, I am not. Are you that prophet? And he answered, No. 22 Then said they unto him, Who are you? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What say you of yourself? 23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias [Isaiah]. 24 And they which were sent were of the Pharisees. 25 And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptize you then, if you be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet...”

In Jesus’ time, besides the Messiah mentioned in Daniel 9:25, Jews were familiar that two other prophets were prophesied to come in the future. One was Elijah the prophet mentioned in Malachi 4:5-6, “5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.”

Moses also prophesied that another prophet like him would come. This is mentioned in Deuteronomy 18:18-19 (NKJV): “18 I will raise them up a prophet from among their brethren, like unto you, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. 19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.”

In Jesus’ time, no other prophets were prophesied to come. The book of Revelation had not been written yet. Therefore, the only prophet the Jews could have had in mind when talking to John the Baptist about ‘that prophet’ besides Elijah the prophet would have been a prophet like Moses. Remember, the Jews expected the Prophet like Moses and the Messiah to be two different people. But only after Jesus had died and resurrected that the apostles knew that Jesus also fulfilled the role of the prophet like Moses. There is absolutely no verse in the Bible to support GRF’s idea that “That Prophet” mentioned by John the Baptist was another ‘no name’ prophet that the Jews were expecting. If there was another ‘no name’ prophet expected, his coming would have been prophesied in the Old Testament. But there is no such prophecy. GRF thinks everyone else is stupid and will accept his lies and twisted arguments. He thinks there is no one as ‘smart’ as him. DCP thinks likewise.

After the book of Revelation was written, besides the Messiah coming in full power and glory, two prophets like Elijah and Moses, two other prophets are prophesied to come just before the return of Jesus Christ. They are the two witnesses mentioned in Revelation 11:3, “3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.” In verse 10 they are called prophets.

We in God’s Church accept that Mr. Herbert Armstrong fulfilled the role of Elijah the prophet before the coming of the Day of the Lord, a future event.  

The office of the prophet described by Moses was certainly fulfilled by Jesus Christ as Peter in Acts 3:20-23 and Stephen the Martyr in Acts 7:37 affirmed. 

Though Satan had told the Germans initially that I had been appointed to the role of a prophet, almost a decade later he revealed to the Germans that I had been appointed to the office of a prophet like Moses. I did not accept this idea despite MANY SIGNS (described in my article “A Prophet Like Moses”) because the role had already been fulfilled by Jesus Christ. And one of the signs was that as Moses’ face shone (Exodus 34:29-30), God made my face shine as well more than a dozen times. This sign had not happened to anyone else in history.

I mulled the idea over for 9 years before finally accepting it in 2010. I realized that the role of Elijah the prophet had been fulfilled 3 times: once by the original Elijah, second time by John the Baptist (Matthew 17:11-12) before the first coming of Jesus Christ, then by Mr. Herbert W. Armstrong before the second coming of Jesus Christ. Then I realized that the role of a prophet like Moses also was to have a threefold fulfillment: once by the original Moses, second time by Jesus Christ Himself and finally a third time before the return of Jesus Christ to earth. So the world knew about the office I had been appointed to by God 11 years before I knew about it and 20 years before I accepted it as true.

A true prophet, apostle or servant of God would not twist scriptures to make claims. Only a false prophet like GRF would.

Proofs That Malachi’s Message is “The Little Book”

I mentioned earlier that there was a major reason why I could not have suspected for 22 long years that Gerald Flurry was a false prophet. He was actually used by God to fulfill a major prophecy. 

He wrote his book “Malachi’s Message” to warn the Church to get back on track to do God’s work and believed that it fulfilled the prophecy in Revelation 10:1-4, and that it was the Little Book mentioned in those verses. Many in God’s Church did not believe his claim. Initially I also did not believe his claim. I have already described my experience with an angel opening the eyes of my understanding that led me to believe that “Malachi’s Message” is in fact the Little Book of Revelation 10. Here are the other proofs.   

David Pack (DCP), Pastor General of the Restored Church of God (RCG) in his writings has explained that HWA believed that the book of Ezekiel the prophet was the Little Book of Revelation 10. First we must understand that prophecy sometimes cannot be understood until some events have occurred. HWA acknowledged that and DCP is in full agreement. Quoting from DCP’s book “God’s Work - The Final Chapter”, Chapter 13, titled The “Little Book” and “Prophesy Again.”

HWA wrote: “This chapter 10 [of Revelation] has been virtually OVERLOOKED. I did not comment on it in the earlier days, or expound it when I wrote the OUTLINE of the book of Revelation, or the full booklet on the revelation. There was NO WAY it could have been understood then—until after subsequent events—just as we could not have understood how Satan sways the entire WORLD, as explained in Ephesians 2:1-2, until we had radio and television.” 

[DCP now comments: The point Mr. Armstrong makes about the fulfillment of certain events paving the way to and permitting understanding of “subsequent events” is of absolutely crucial importance in regard to what follows. In fact, when understood, this principle is seen to be the very reason the identity of the 144,000 and other unfolding prophesied events could not be understood until our time.]

I also need to stress this. HWA could not have understood some prophecies because he could not have anticipated that the Great Tribulation would make place decades after his death. He thought that the rebellion by ministers in 1978-79 was the great falling-away prophesied in 2 Thessalonians 2:3, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition…” He also believed that the son of perdition would be the false prophet, who will be the pope of the Roman Church.

HWA continues: “Now I want to take you back to Ezekiel and show you something I think VERY EXCITING and MOST IMPORTANT!

“God said to Ezekiel, ‘But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee…open thy mouth, and eat that I give thee. And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein; And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe’ (Ezekiel 2:8-10)).

“Continue: ‘Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and GO speak unto the house of Israel’ (Ezekiel 3:1)). “Now let us turn to the book of Revelation. “Notice this tenth chapter—an inset chapter,

“A MIGHTY ANGEL comes down from heaven, his face as the SUN, his feet as pillars of fire. His voice was as the roar of a lion. He set his right foot upon the sea, and his left upon the earth. “He had a LITTLE BOOK open.”

“The Apostle John in his vision is told to take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel, and eat it up. “HOW LIKE EZEKIEL’S PROPHECY! “It was sweet as honey in his mouth but BITTER in his stomach.

“The message of the little book seems to be what the angel next said, ‘Thou must prophesy [proclaim-preach-foretell] again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues and KINGS!’  

“Now WHEN is the TIME of this prophecy in Revelation?

“Read right on. Chapter 11 is merely a chapter division written by MEN. But John’s book of Revelation continues right on. The apostle, in his vision, is told now by this same angel to rise and MEASURE THE TEMPLE. But LEAVE OUT the court which is for the Gentiles, for they shall tread down the Holy City for 3 1/2 years. So the TIME of our prophecy is at least 3 1/2 YEARS before Christ’s coming—before THE GREAT TRIBULATION, before the beginning of the DAY OF THE LORD and before the seventh angel blows the last trumpet! Then it continues on into the message of the TWO WITNESSES—also referred to and perhaps identified in Haggai and Zechariah. And THEY SHALL PREACH A LAST WARNING TO THE WHOLE WORLD FOR 3 1/2 YEARS!

“And it is not until after ALL THIS, that the time element picks back up with the sounding of the 7th trumpet in chapter 11:15. “Therefore, MY CONCLUSION?

“Could it be possible, after proclaiming the Gospel of THE KINGDOM OF GOD, as well as Ezekiel’s warning to the people of Israel, that, beginning January, 1972, when my PRESENT CAMPAIGN of walking through the doors God said He would open (Revelation 3:8) to KINGS, and many NATIONS of DIFFERENT LANGUAGES commenced, that it is the FULFILLMENT OF THIS PROPHECY OF REVELATION 10?

“To me it comes as a STARTLING, AMAZING EYE-OPENING NEW LIGHT DIRECT FROM GOD! “THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PHASE OF GOD’S WORK TODAY!

“And THE JOB IS GETTING DONE!”

Thus, HWA believed that after 1972 when he was invited by about one-third of the world’s heads of state, he fulfilled the prophecy in Rev 10:11, “11 And he said unto me, you must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.”

David Pack has correctly analyzed that HWA also stated that after this prophecy is fulfilled, the baton would be passed on to the two witnesses immediately. We of course know that this did not happen, as HWA passed away more than 33 years ago, and the two witnesses are still not on the scene. Again remember what HWA said, and DCP concurs, that some prophecies cannot be understood until some prior events have taken place. 

David Pack in his writings is now claiming that because his web site is so popular, his TV program has almost the same coverage as in HWA’s days, and his magazines are going out to some world leaders, he is fulfilling the prophecy in Revelation 10:11. GRF is also claiming that the work he and the PCG are doing fulfill this prophecy.

David Pack also agrees with HWA that the book of Ezekiel is the Little Book of Revelation 10, because of similar descriptions where one is asked to eat it and it would be sweet as honey in his mouth but bitter in his stomach. The difference is that the roll did not make Ezekiel’s belly bitter though it was sweet as honey in his mouth.

Here is the reason why the book of Ezekiel is NOT the Little Book of Revelation 10.  

The word translated “Little Book” in Rev 10 in Strong’s Greek Dictionary is # 974 bibliaridion; which means a booklet, or little book.

The word translated “Roll” in Ezekiel 2:9-11 and 3:1-3 in Strong’s Hebrew and Chaldee Dictionary is the Chaldee word # 4040; Megillah; which means roll, volume, meaning a regular sized book or scroll.

Thus Ezekiel’s roll is a regular sized scroll or book, whereas Rev 10 little book is a small sized booklet, or a little book. They are not one and the same thing. It’s like comparing the regular sized scroll or book of Ezekiel to the little book like that of Malachi the prophet. This distinction was not taken into account by HWA as well as DCP.

The message of Ezekiel’s roll is to the House of Israel as it clearly says in Ezekiel 3:4-5, “4 And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get you unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them. 5 For you are not sent to a people of a strange speech and of an hard language, but to the house of Israel;”

Now let’s see why the message of the little book is to spiritual Israel, or God’s Church, and not to the House of Israel.   

Let’s read Revelation 10:1-4 again, “1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: 2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, 3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.”

The message of the Little Book was something the angel roared like a lion, uttering seven thunderous messages. But John was asked not to write these messages. Why was John asked not to write the messages of the seven thunders?

There can be only two kinds of messages: the first kind would be messages concerning physical Israel, meaning for America, British Commonwealth nations, the Jews and descendants of the other tribes of Israel living in Northwestern Europe; and the second kind would be messages concerning spiritual Israel, meaning God’s true Church. The book of Revelation is about the Day of the Lord and the Great Tribulation, which primarily concerns physical Israel and the world. John wrote down those messages in the Book of Revelation. Therefore, the messages that John was told not to write had to be concerning spiritual Israel or God’s Church.

One clue concerning why John was asked not to write the messages of the Little Book is provided by why the scroll given to Ezekiel was sweet as honey in his mouth, but it did not cause his belly to become bitter. Any revelation from God is sweet to the one who receives it. It honors that person. That’s why the scroll was sweet in Ezekiel’s mouth. Even though punishment for physical Israel is prophesied in the book of Ezekiel, nevertheless, the message is still sweet for Israel, as it will ultimately lead to repentance in God’s kingdom and eternal life for them, with the tribes of Israel becoming the leading nations of the world.

On the other hand, though the message of the little book was sweet in John’s mouth, it immediately made his belly bitter. The reason was that the message was a very bitter one after he had eaten it, meaning understood it. What can be a more bitter message than losing your eternal life. Thus the message of the Little Book was a warning to Laodiceans, primarily tares or infiltrators, mainly German masqueraders and those of mixed German and Israelite ancestry who acted in every way like German masqueraders in God’s Church, to deeply repent or they are going to go through the Great Tribulation, which is mentioned in the verses immediately following in Revelation 11:1-2. The Great Tribulation itself will be the bitterest time on earth, and then 50% of those who go into the Great Tribulation will lose their chance for eternal life. That would be a horribly bitter end for them. The message of the Little Book was truly a bitter one. 

Even though the message was a bitter one, why was John still asked not to write it down whereas the messages of the Great Tribulation and the Last Great Day are also quite bitter? The reason is that the messages to two of the Church eras [Smyrna and Philadelphia] are all positive whereas messages to the four eras are somewhat positive and negative, and the message to the Laodicean era is only negative. However, even in the Laodicean era hope is provided for repentance. 

The message in the little book was sealed, which means it was sealed till the time of the end, but would be revealed in the end time. That means the message would not apply during the earlier Church eras, but would apply only in the last era, the Laodicean era which started after Mr. Armstrong passed away on January 16, 1986. 

Though the message to the Laodicean era included in Revelation 3:14-22 is a negative one because its members are lukewarm, that part of the message would be relevant throughout the Church’s history because in each era some members with a lukewarm attitude would be present. Therefore, that part of the message was written down by John in Revelation 3:14-22 for those with a Laodicean attitude to repent. But the message of the little book that John was told not to write was a horrendously negative one and would be relevant only in the end-time. God the Father thought it best not to have that message recorded in order not to discourage the Church throughout its history because it condemned the Church, particularly its leadership and ministry, in the strongest possible terms. But that sealed message would be revealed in the end-time, which in essence was written down by Gerald Flurry in his book Malachi’s Message, after getting the kernel of the message from Jules Dervaes Jr.

What was so unique about the end-time God’s Church that it needed to be warned in the strongest possible terms? The Synagogue of Satan is mentioned twice in the seven Church eras: once during the Smyrna era and then the Philadelphian era, the only two eras about which Jesus had nothing negative to say. 

Revelation 2:9 says about the Smyrna era: “9 I know your works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but you are rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.” 

Revelation 3:9 says about the Philadelphia era: “9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.”

In the Smyrna era, some Churches claimed to be true Christians but were the synagogue of Satan and blasphemed the true Church. They existed mainly as separate organizations due to slow modes of transportation and communication of those days, though claiming to be the true Church. These false churches had formed in two ways: one by the preaching of Simon Magus, which were totally false churches; and second by some ministers having separated from the true Church because they loved the pre-eminence (3 John 1:9) and started their own organizations. In all these churches, only those few who had left the true Church were being judged. They would have been few in number. Those who joined those churches later were not being judged because they were false churches.

In the Philadelphia era, however, the synagogue of Satan existed within the Church throughout its history. Its leaders were in top positions in the Church even during Mr. Armstrong’s time, and actually took over the Church with the appointment of Joseph Tkach Sr as Pastor General. They literally dismantled everything that God had built through Mr. Armstrong. Because the synagogue of Satan in this era existed within the body, they are all being judged and are receiving their one and only chance for salvation. That’s the colossal tragedy in the end-time and why the message of the Little Book was relevant only for the end-time.  

For this perfidy, the leadership, a large number in the ministry and even the membership had to be warned in the strongest possible terms, because their eternal life is at stake. Never before did the membership of God’s Church consist 80-85% of tares or infiltrators in the Church. Even though they were tares bent upon destroying the Church, they were still part of the Church and are receiving their one and only chance for salvation. If they don’t repent, they will suffer the fate of tares: which is to be burnt in the Lake of Fire after the wheat is gathered into the barn (Matthew 13:24-30). 

This situation is unique in the slightly more than 1900 year history of God’s Church. Never before have there been so many tares in the Church. Never before did the Church have so much truth restored to it through Mr. Armstrong, which was then completely done away with by the leadership and many in the ministry after Mr. Armstrong’s death. The leadership, the ministry and the membership consisting of tares needs to be condemned in the strongest possible terms and warned to repent before it is too late. That strongest possible message of warning, particularly to the ministry is contained in the book “Malachi’s Message” written by Gerald Flurry. 

This message of the Little Book applied only to the end-time Church after the Philadelphian era ended. That’s why it was revealed after Mr. Armstrong passed away. Such a negative message did not apply to other times in God’s Church, and its inclusion in the book of Revelation would have discouraged the Church throughout its history. That’s why it was sealed till the end, when it was finally revealed to Gerald Flurry. You have to read the book Malachi’s Message to see how rightly and strongly the former WCG leadership, the ministry and membership consisting of tares is condemned and warned to get back on track or face death in the Tribulation, and then possibly eternal death as well.

Revelation 10 Follows Time Sequence

Another proof that Malachi’s Message is the Little Book of Revelation 10, as revealed to my understanding by an angel is provided in the sequence of events in Revelation 10. 

As already described, the first four verses describe the Little Book and how John was told to seal the messages that the seven thunders uttered and not write them. Jules Dervaes Jr actually first identified that the Laodicean era began after HWA’s death and wrote a series of seven letters to the WCG leadership and many ministers. By January 3, 1988 [the first letter being written in November 1986] he had sent all his seven letters. That’s when one can consider the real warning to the WCG leadership consisting of the Tkaches and their fellows began. That’s when GRF started working on his book Malachi’s Message. That warning then continued for approximately 19 years, till December 2, 2006 when I began delivering my messages.

Now see the sequence of events in Revelation 10. Verses 5-7 state: “5 The angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised up his hand to heaven 6 and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be delay no longer, 7 but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.”

After the approximately 19 years of warning by Gerald Flurry to God’s Church, led by the masqueraders the Tkaches and their fellows, or associates such as Herman Hoeh, Bernard Schnippert, Greg Albrecht, Michael Feazell, the world entered the period of ‘no longer any delay’ in the fulfillment of end of the end-time events pictured by the seven seals of the book of Revelation. Verse 7 merely states that the entire end-time events would be completed with the events pictured by the seventh trumpet plagues, described in Revelation 16, with Jesus Christ having returned to earth to establish God’s Kingdom.

When Flurry came out with Malachi Message, warning the Church to get back on track, there was no similar work around at that time. There is no doubt that the Church had been led totally astray by the Tkaches and their fellows. Thus a work of warning was needed. No other work fulfilled that need except Gerald Flurry’s work. David Pack started a similar work more than a decade after Gerald Flurry started his warning. After a time cycle warning for 19 years, the world then entered the period of ‘no longer any delay.’

But then Revelation 10 continues in sequence. Verses 8-10 state: “8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which stands upon the sea and upon the earth. 9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make your belly bitter, but it shall be in your mouth sweet as honey. 10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.”

After the world entered the period of ‘no longer any delay’ then one is asked to eat up the little book, meaning get to thoroughly understand the message of the Little book. Gerald Flurry and David Pack did not need to eat up the little book, because they already knew its message. GRF had written the message. David Pack’s writings prove that he also knew the message. Obviously someone who did not understand the message thoroughly previously, meaning he did not have similar religious training, is intended in this prophecy.

In the same year that GRF started his work, as already mentioned, the world was informed by the Germans that I had been called to the office of a prophet. I came into contact with GRF’s work in 1996. But only after I started attending PCG in early 2001 that I began to read all the literature published by him. And then when my messages of warning started on December 2, 2006, about 19 years after the messages of warning went out to the Tkaches, initially through Jules Dervaes Jr, but then through GRF, I read all the literature published by David Pack. I had already read all the literature published by UCG and LCG. Thus, the only one who fulfilled the prophecy about someone eating the Little Book was me, who made sure that I read virtually every book and booklet published by the Churches. Thus verses 8-10 of Revelation 10 were fulfilled by me.

Then we are already familiar with verse 11: “11 And he said unto me, you must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.” 

I have checked 60 translations, and many commentaries. Most translate the word ‘before’ as ‘about’ and the word ‘tongues’ simply means to prophesy in languages or tongues. Therefore, the correct translation of verse 11 should be: “11 And he said unto me, you must prophesy again about many peoples, and nations, in tongues or languages, and about kings.”

Of course, we have concluded, and DCP and GRF agree that HWA could not have fulfilled this prophecy when he was invited by about one-third of the world’s leaders to meet them, as the two witnesses did not immediately appear after his work. GRF and DCP both claim that their work fulfills this prophecy and no one else’s. UCG, LCG and COGWA do not do such a work, heavily weighted on prophecy. 

Now consider how the apostles spoke in tongues or languages on the day of Pentecost as described in Acts 2. They probably spoke in Hebrew, but every man heard what they spoke in their own language. This is the same miracle verse 11 is mentioning. I deliver my message every week in English, but every human being on earth who wants to hear it can do so in his or her own language. No one else’s work fits the fulfillment of this prophecy perfectly. I  have delivered my messages every week for the past more than 12 years starting on December 2, 2006. The other proof that GRF and DCP’s work does not fulfill this prophecy is that they do not have understanding of the correct sequence of end-time events, which God revealed to me through an angel. 

Now perhaps you can understand why I would be deceived by GRF for 22 long years about his being a false prophet.  

“Malachi’s Message” forms a perfect part of the sequence of events in Revelation 10. DCP started his work a decade after GRF published “Malachi’s Message.” There was no other similar work being done at that time. Therefore, it stands proved as the Little Book of Revelation 10.

God used GRF to do an important work. But when he learnt about someone being appointed to the office of a prophet like Moses, he realized that he may have to subject himself to some one if all of various Church of God organizations were to unite. That simply was unacceptable to him. His reaction was to develop a strategy to take on the offices or titles any other man in the Church might have been appointed to or claimed.

GRF is not unique in such thinking. It is extremely difficult for many men with high positions to make themselves subject to a man who previously held a junior position and had not distinguished himself in any way. That’s what described GRF before he was disfellowshipped by WCG.

GRF was the first to separate from WCG in 1990 to form PCG and over a three and a half year period had built a Church with a few thousand members and was doing an important work. His was the only important work at that time. He rightly claimed that he was doing God’s work, but also that he was the only true remnant of the Philadelphian era of God’s Church and others should leave WCG and join his Church as salvation lay in none other.

But the thought of becoming subject to GRF, a virtual nobody in the ministry during HWA’s time, for leading evangelists in HWA’s time, and even other ministers of the same rank as GRF was simply unacceptable. When Roderick Meredith was stripped of his office as an evangelist and even forbidden to preach in the Church, he split off from WCG and formed his own Church (GCG) in 1993.

Roderick Meredith had been Director of Church Administration in HWA’s time, in-charge over all ministers, and had a reputation of being a hard taskmaster. I have no direct knowledge if that was true. His being a genuine Israelite may have been the reason he could have been slandered by masquerader ministers to prevent his being appointed successor to HWA. I don’t know the facts and would not like to slander the late Mr. Meredith. But the point is that a large number of ministers who still wanted to believe, practice and teach what HWA taught, and knew that the only way to do so was to separate from WCG, decided to form a separate Church, the UCG, rather than become subject to the GCG leadership for the sake of Church unity. These same ministers certainly did not want to be subject to GRF and join his PCG for the sake of unity.

Later a split occurred in the GCG due to leadership problems and Roderick Meredith was fired and went on to form LCG.

In 1999, David Pack had been asked by many ministers to start RCG in order to preserve the writings and teachings of HWA. Once he had his little Church going, there was no question of his joining any other Church of God organizations for the sake of unity and subject himself to someone else’s authority. He started claiming that his Church is the only true remnant of the Philadelphian era and salvation is only for those who join his Church and are subject to his authority.

In 2010 there was a split in UCG over leadership issues, resulting in the formation of COGWA by about one-third of UCG ministers and members. 

Before the split I made an attempt to unite the Churches. But none of the heads of the various Church of God groups could stomach the idea of being subject to the authority of someone else.

When we consider this history, it is not hard to understand why GRF was not going to subject himself to the authority of someone else, or treat someone else as an equal. If any organization wanted to merge with his organization, it would have to be under his sole authority. So he began to be very creative in inventing ingenious, even diabolical lies, which is proof that he is a false prophet.

When we look at things from GRF’s point of view, he honestly believed that he was doing a prophetic work, which he was in fulfillment of Revelation 10:1-4. That’s why he believed all other Churches should come under his authority. UCG, LCG had the wrong governance structure. So GRF could rightly claim that he is the only one who adhered to what HWA taught. UCG and LCG also did not warn members of former WCG to get back on track. DCP started his work in May 1999, but did not start doing well until about 2003 - 2004. Till about 1999, he could rightly claim that his was the only prophetic work and all other COG organizations should be subject to him. 

Then his character flaw manifested itself. His problem was that he loved the PRE-EMINENCE (3 John 1:9, “I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loves to have the preeminence among them, receives us not.) so much that when proved that God had chosen someone else to be a prophet like Moses around 1999, a higher authority than his, he resorted to lies to magnify himself by multiplying titles, and invent ingenious lies as ‘proof’ of his higher authority. 

2) GRF Lies about His Ancestry 

GRF and DCP understand prophecy very well as Mr. Armstrong explained to the Church. Mr. Armstrong was able to trace his ancestry to British royalty. This was necessary for proving his legitimacy to hold the highest office, because a lawgiver had to be of Jewish ancestry. When blessing his twelve sons, Jacob conferred this blessing on Judah in Genesis 49:10, “The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh [meaning Jesus Christ] come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.”

Two blessings are conferred here on Judah’s descendants. The scepter of kingship was conferred on Judah, fulfilled through David and his descendants. Queen Elizabeth II, a descendant of King David fulfills the scepter promise in unbroken dynasty even today. The second part of the promise included a Lawgiver also being a descendant of Judah. Mr. Armstrong was definitely a Lawgiver. That’s why his being able to trace his ancestry to British royalty and a descendant of King David was very important. In my case, God revealed first to me through an angel that I am of Jewish ancestry. Then through Queen Elizabeth II God revealed that I am also a descendant of King David.

For Flurry to legitimize his claim to the top position in God’s Church, he had to claim that he can also trace his ancestry to the British royal family. In his writings he merely makes the claim that through an accident he discovered that he is related to British royalty without elaborating any further or providing any kind of detail or proof. He is simply lying to make that claim. In order to buttress his claim of being an apostle and legitimacy to hold the highest office in God’s Church, David Pack also claimed in his authorized biography that he is descended from the British royal family from both his parents’ sides of the family. He has provided a great deal of detail on his ancestry and is probably telling the truth. 

Making a false claim about his ancestry is proof that GRF is a false prophet. Since he is not a descendant of King David, he cannot legitimately hold the highest position in God’s Church per prophecy and promise to Judah.

3) GRF Adds Titles and Offices to His Name as Necessary

GRF probably learnt about me that I had been appointed to the office of a prophet in the mid-1990s. Then around 1998-1999 it became known that I had been appointed to the specific office of a prophet like Moses. Till this time there was no serious challenge to his claim of PCG being the only Church that adhered to everything HWA taught, including God’s method of government with one man solely in-charge. He must have rightly felt that if God’s Churches wanted to unite, he must be in-charge, and all should join his Church, because they did not adhere to God’s method of government. But after learning that someone else had been appointed to the office of a prophet like Moses, an office the equivalent of HWA’s office like Elijah, he realized that if the Churches were to unite, he would not hold the highest office. He could never accept that.

GRF then dug deep into the Bible and came up with a strategy to claim the very offices everyone else claimed. In 2001 he authored his “Who is That Prophet” booklet in which he assigned every office that he could find in the Bible to himself: including that of a prophet, watchman, the breaker (Micah 2:13), king (Micah 2:13), Lawgiver (to claim this he had to lie that he is related to British royalty), father and the elder.

GRF does qualify for the office of a breaker because he was the first who broke away from the WCG. But he has given no proof that the title of “king” applies to him. He just claims whatever title is mentioned in the Bible. God provided proof that the title of “king” applied to my office. This proof was given when a number of people saw me in a vision, or saw me crowned like a king, just as many had seen my face shine. But GRF had to claim that title because someone else had it.

At that time GRF did not assign the office of Apostle to himself, which office was held by HWA. GRF writes on p. 21-22 of 2001 edition of “Who is That Prophet?”: 

“An apostle is the highest rank God gives to a man (Ephesians 4:11). The next highest office is prophet. Mr. Armstrong had the highest office - an apostle. If I were vainly seeking an exalted office, surely the office of an apostle would have been my choice. But I had no choice. God placed me into the office of a prophet. The fruits of new prophetic revelation and a work to declare the message prove who I am.”

Here GRF is claiming the office of a prophet and not that of an apostle. But then he learnt that DCP had taken the office of an apostle for himself for his work at RCG, and was preaching that all others should be subject to him since he, and only he, held the highest office in the Church. GRF responded immediately by adding the title of apostle to himself.

For example, in his book “Haggai - God Has Begun to Shake the Nations” chapter 2 he writes: “God speaks and works through men. He reveals His truth only to apostles and prophets (Ephesians 3:5). He revealed his truth to Haggai anciently. He reveals truth to His apostle only today. You are reading a small portion of the revelation God has given me in this end time.” Thus GRF is now claiming that he is the only apostle living today and God reveals His new truth only to him. When he goes on personal campaigns, his staff refer to him as God’s apostle when writing about the campaigns. You can read that on the PCG website.

Only a false prophet would feel the need to multiply titles to himself when there is no proof that the titles belong to him.

It seems that around 1996, when he heard about the office I had been appointed to, his mind began to get perverted and he started scheming on how to remain the top leader in God’s Church and not having to submit to anyone else. By 2000, he had made up his mind to do everything possible to remain the top leader, and began further Bible research. He then began to apply titles to himself, particularly of “That Prophet.” 

4) GRF Invents an Ingenious Diabolical Lie

Everything was going extremely well for GRF till 2016. He was receiving large funding from the U.S. Government from the funds kept on my behalf which had enabled him to expand the TV stations he was on; hire IT talent for publishing and maintaining a good web site; print and distribute as much literature as he wanted, and build excellent buildings and facilities.

The office I had been appointed to was the only genuine rival to his claim of being “That Prophet.” He had already started calling himself an apostle after DCP took on that title. He had been very successful in maligning me as demon-influenced because I claimed that God had communicated messages to me through angels. The reason was that HWA in his writings had made it very clear that God or an angel did not communicate with him directly, and that he did not get understanding of doctrines, prophecy, or any other biblical truth apart from studying the Bible. He was of the opinion that there are no such living prophets today, and those that claim that Jesus Christ or an angel has communicated to him or her directly is probably a false prophet. By implication, since Jesus Christ or God’s angel does not communicate directly with anyone today, a person who claims such communication is receiving it from demons.

In fact, many people had claimed that they would be one of the two witnesses, or saw visions that they interpreted as Jesus Christ telling them to ‘preach Christ.’ All such claims proved to be false.

Mr. Armstrong made this statement in the Church’s Tomorrow’s World magazine, June 1972: 

“Emphatically I am not a prophet, in the sense of one to whom God speaks specially and directly, revealing personally a future event to happen, or new truth, or new and special instruction direct from God - separate from and apart  from what is contained in the Bible. And I never have claimed to be.

“There is no such human prophet living today!

“The Bible is the written word of God - and, for our time now, it is COMPLETE! Never have I believed or claimed that God reveals to me new truths contained in the Bible - in addition to, or apart from the Bible.”

GRF and DCP greatly emphasized this view of HWA. Since I claimed that God had delivered messages to me through angels, it was easy for them to malign me by calling me demon influenced. This label has kept me in poverty for 18 long years because the U.S. government was certainly not going to give me any money or let me get married if I was demon influenced.  

However, something changed around February 2016. As I stated earlier, the first message God delivered to me through an angel was around August 1994 which was that Sainis of India are Jews. About four months later I shared it with my local WCG minister. Then around 1998 God revealed to Queen Elizabeth that I was also a descendant of King David who was a Jew. For about 17 long years I did not realize that this constituted incontrovertible proof that God had in fact communicated to me through angels. If I had not shared the first message with my local minister, everybody would have said I made it up, even when it was confirmed to Queen Elizabeth four years later that I was of Jewish ancestry. So confirmation to Queen Elizabeth would not have served as proof that God had communicated to me through angels. 

In early 2016 I started revealing all the messages God delivered to me through angels in my weekly messages. It was while preparing for a February 2016 message that I realized for the first time that God revealing my ancestry to Queen Elizabeth constituted irrefutable proof that He had communicated with me through angels. I offered the proof in the remaining messages on the subject.

This proof now posed a serious problem for GRF and DCP who had been ‘loudly’ and widely voicing their opinion that I was demon influenced because I claimed that angels had delivered messages to me. GRF then came up with an ingenious lie.

In his new book “The New Throne of David” GRF writes about a ‘prayer rock’ mentioned by HWA in his autobiography when God had just begun to build the Philadelphia era of His Church through him. GRF writes:

“In his autobiography, Mr. Armstrong described what he called a “prayer rock” that he used very early in his ministry, during his time in Oregon.

“Later a PCG minister David Todd developed a tour of all the areas HWA mentioned in his autobiography.” Then GRF says: In April 2002, Mr. Todd took me on a tour of the sites of Mr. Armstrong’s early days in the Work. When I saw the prayer rock, I said it was “the most inspiring rock I’ve ever seen, second only after the stone of Scone.”

“We thought that the rock was something we ought to have. We were going to hold off getting it until we could do a little filming there. But Mr. Todd said that someone else was trying to get it. So we hurried along. We offered to purchase the rock, but the man who owned the property gave it to us free of charge, and he was happy to do so. We brought it to our headquarters campus in Edmond, Oklahoma, and put it on display.” 

This occurred in 2002. Then when in 2016 GRF heard that God had provided proof that He delivered messages to me through angels, he hit on the following ingenious lie described in the very beginning of his book:

“In November 2016 [Notice the timing. I provided proof of God’s messages delivered to me in February 2016], I called a Church-wide fast for the growth of God’s Work to be held on Sunday, January 15, 2017. Those who had to work on that day fasted instead on January 14, the Sabbath day.

“I have said before that I have never received a vision from God outside of the Bible, and I still say that. But on January 14, I did have some interesting words come to mind about several scriptures. It has happened before that words come into my mind and lead me to a scripture. But this time, I heard a strong voice. That had never happened to me before. This voice said, “There is a new stone of destiny and a new throne of David.”

“The stone of destiny is the stone over which British monarchs are crowned. It is also known as the stone of Scone, or Jacob’s pillar stone (read its origin in Genesis 28:10-22). We have written a lot over the years about the importance of the British monarchy and how it is actually a continuation of the royal dynasty of biblical King David. God promised to preserve his line forever (2 Samuel 7:12-16). The Bible shows that Jesus Christ will take over that governance Himself at His Second Coming! The stone has always been connected with the throne, so it is very important, biblically and historically. The stone is a symbol of David’s throne. It is also a symbol of our Rock—Jesus Christ—who is about to rule on that throne forever! You can read all about this in my book The Key of David.

“God has shifted the symbol of David’s throne and that royal line to a new stone, and there are scriptures to prove it.”

“God wanted us to have this rock…I now see that God was behind those events, and for a very important reason…Mr. Armstrong’s prayer rock has replaced the “stone of destiny.”

To make himself equal to the highest office anyone in God’s Church held, he had to claim every office, title, miracle for himself. When he could no longer deny that God has communicated to me through angels, he had to make the same claim. Only a false and ‘foolish’ prophet would  do such blasphemous things. I base this assessment on the pattern GRF has followed, including his fictitious claim to be related to British royalty.

Godly people don’t automatically question the veracity of others, especially religious people. That’s why they can get away with deception for a long time, until some negative information cannot be ignored and such deceivers are exposed. That’s why GRF was able to deceive me for the past 22 years.

5)  GRF Has Started Making Blasphemous Statements 

A person is on very dangerous ground when he starts uttering blasphemies in God’s name. Some of GRF’s claims and statements verge on blasphemy when he prophesies certain things and states “I prophesied.” He said he prophesies that PCG would win the lawsuit against the WCG and obtain rights to the books and booklets of HWA. 

Here is his statement in his booklet, “Unveiled at Last - The Royal Book of Revelation”, chapter 4: 

“In 2003, we won a court battle over Mystery of the Ages. While in the midst of that legal battle, I PROPHESIED that one way or the other, God would provide a way to mail that book again. Read this chapter, and you’ll understand why I made that prophecy!” (emphasis mine).

He did not win the lawsuit, but did obtain the rights to the books and booklets by paying $3 million, which the U.S. government gave him out of funds kept on my behalf. 

GRF is being deceitful when he ‘prophesies’ about certain outcomes. He knew that the U.S. Government had already told him to defend the lawsuit filed by WCG for printing and distributing HWA’s book “Mystery of the Ages” and other books and booklets. He knew that U.S. Government was funding the lawsuit and the outcome in his favor was  assured. So to gain credibility with his PCG members and lend further support to his claim of being “That Prophet” he started using the terms “I prophesy” or “I prophesied.” Only a false prophet would feel the need to use such forms of deceit. 

As already explained, he also claims he heard a voice that said “There is a new stone of destiny and a new throne of David,” which is definitely a new prophecy.

God warned in Revelation 22:18, “18 For I testify unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:” 

GRF is blasphemously adding prophecies, when God warned about adding to prophecies already given. HWA added no prophecies, but only interpreted already written prophecies. God has given me four messages through angels that some could interpret as prophecies. One message concerns Banias of India who are to be destroyed. Second was about settling various people and where they should go. But these are not new prophecies. These are judgments God delivered. Remember Moses was the first judge among the judges. 

Then two additional messages concerned prophecy: the first was about Revelation 8:7-12 describing the defeat of the King of the South at the hands of the King of the North; and second was the role of the two witnesses in confronting those who will brutalize their American, British and Jewish slaves by bringing plagues on them to deter brutal treatment. These are not new prophecies, but interpretations of prophecy, just as HWA interpreted prophecy.

I think GRF needs to deeply repent of using words such as “I prophesied” blasphemously, particularly of using deceit to build up his credibility by prophesying about events the outcome of which he already has been assured.

6) Only a False Prophet Would Commit Murder

The strongest proof that GRF is a false prophet, is the crime he has committed. He has written extensively about the Philadelphians in God’s Church who are promised the reward of being pillars in God’s temple, meaning pillars in God’s universe ruling kingdom at His headquarters. 

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, a pillar is a firm upright support for a superstructure; or a supporting, integral, or upstanding member or part, such as a pillar of society. Those with a Philadelphian attitude being pillars in God’s kingdom means that the weight of administering God’s kingdom rests on them. God will rely on them to uphold and administer His universe-ruling kingdom. They will administer God’s government over the entire universe.

God gave GRF a fantastic glorious opportunity to become just that. What a spineless, cowardly rat he has proved himself to be, utterly, utterly, utterly lacking in faith and godly character,. My information is that because of the prophecy about the coming national slavery for the USA, Britain and the state of Israel at the hands of a German led alliance, since he has a tiny amount of German blood in him, he has committed murder of a genuine Israelite, member of God’s true Church, to prove his loyalty to the German side, knowing fully well that the German side means Satan’s side. He has demonstrated that he has no faith at all in God’s almighty power. He has thrown God’s admonition in Hebrews 11:6 out of the window: “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”  

GRF has chosen his side, and sealed his agreement with that side by committing murder. With that he and those in the PCG who participated in this dastardly villainous deed have sealed their judgment as well, paying exactly the same price as the judgment on that side, consisting of German masqueraders and their allies: to be exterminated, man, woman, child and infant; meaning all their descendants.

Search the Bible, or the history of God’s true Church and you will not find a single example of a genuine servant of God, sent by Jesus Christ, to have ever committed murder. This is the strongest proof yet that GRF is a false prophet.  

WHY GOD CHOSE GERALD FLURRY

The important question is “Why did God choose GRF to fulfill the prophecy in Revelation 10:1-4 about delivering the message of the Little Book to God’s Church that was seriously going astray, when he has proved himself to be a false prophet?”

The answer is that GRF did not start out as a false prophet. He conducted himself as a genuine minister of God. So God used him to fulfill the prophecy in Revelation 10:1-4. But then he came to learn about the office I was appointed to around 1996. He initially did not feel threatened as I was a lay member and had no means of preaching God’s message. But he mulled all the information over for a few years and then his partial German blood came to the fore. There was no way he could accept being subordinate to any man, least of all an Indian. The strategy he came up with was to multiply titles to himself, assuming every office that others claimed for themselves. He turned to deceit when he saw a rival in DCP and me. 

More importantly, the reason God chose GRF to do His work is that in His Kingdom, He never wants anyone to accuse Him of favoritism. Therefore, He gives opportunities to peoples from many nations to qualify for top positions in His kingdom. He gave that opportunity to Germans such as Herman Hoeh, Bernard Schnippert, Greg Albrecht, German masqueraders like Mike Feazell and many others who fell by the way side, and more importantly tried to destroy God’s work. He gave two Russians, Joseph Tkach Sr and Joe Tkach Jr a great opportunity. But they actually destroyed much of what God had built through Mr. Armstrong. 

If God chose a Chinese or a Muslim who started preaching what God’s Church preaches, they would most probably be put in jail and probably put to death almost immediately. A person from any South East Asian or South Asian country would probably not be listened to even in his own country, and would quite likely be put to death as well. For example, some Hindus who preached against idol worship in India were murdered. God first had to get me out of India to the USA, reveal my ancestry before He would use me in His work.

God used GRF for a great work which would have qualified him for an important position in God’s Kingdom. I had also given thought to the idea of being put in charge of God’s work a few years back. Because God has clearly used GRF, I would have appointed him to be number two man in the Church. DCP would also have been co-appointed as number two or number three. But GRF’s love of PRE-EMINENCE led him to determine that he was never going to subordinate himself to anyone in this life after he built the PCG. He had a glorious opportunity, but by his own choice blew it like many others have done in the history of God’s Church who loved the pre-eminence and used all means to maneuver to occupy the top positions, hang in there at all costs, and try to crush any potential rivals by any and all means.

God has allowed me to go through poverty for the past 18 years because GRF and DCP maintained that I must be demon influenced to claim that messages were delivered to me through angels. But one of the messages an angel delivered to me, was that “God has everything under control.” There is no doubt in my mind that God allowed 18 years to pass by before I realized that God had already provided irrefutable proof that He had communicated with me through angels so that men like GRF, DCP and other evangelists and ministers who have resorted to murder could be tested whether they would remain faithful to God or not, or would turn to every form of deceit to maintain their top leadership positions in the little Churches they built. This message helped me endure bewilderment caused by GRF and DCP’s actions for 18 long years.

In a similar test, God allowed HWA to be deceived by Tkach Sr so that he could be appointed as his successor. Once appointed as HWA’s successor, Tkach Sr and many others with him turned to apostasy and have made shipwreck (1 Timothy 1:19-20) like GRF and DCP. They too failed God’s test miserably and can look forward to His fearful judgment (Revelation 21:8: “8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.) All of them have total amnesia about this verse.

SOME OBSERVATIONS ABOUT GRF’S WRITINGS

Here are some more observations about GRF’s writings. When I read all his writings about 17-18 years ago, I commented at that time that he has made a living out of applying the keys Mr. Armstrong gave in interpreting prophecy. 

The keys to interpreting prophecy that HWA gave are: Zion and Temple are God’s Church; woman or her refers to God’s Church or a church (even a false church); daughter refers to Church in our days; altar and priests refer to God’s ministers; last day, in that day, latter days refer to the end-time or our time; water, rain, oil and spirit are symbols for God’s holy spirit; inner court refers to those closest to God, meaning loyal members of God’s Church with a Philadelphian attitude and outer court refers to those with a lukewarm Laodicean attitude who have not held to all the truths restored to the Church in the end-time. 

There is no doubt that he has made a great contribution in interpreting 2 Thessalonians 2 and other verses that prophesy about what would happen to God’s Church after HWA passed away, though these ideas were originally propounded by Jules Dervaes jr. 

But Dervaes had not developed them fully. I have re-read all seven of his letters. GRF took those ideas and developed them very well in his book Malachi’s Message, the Little Book. That has been his greatest contribution. 

In his other writings, Gerald Flurry has rightly stated that all the prophetic books of the Bible contain prophecies many of which apply to our days. Prophecy is often dual with a former fulfillment in ancient Israel’s time and an end-time fulfillment in our times. Gerald Flurry is the only man who has very diligently applied all these keys to understanding prophecy and with the help of Bible commentaries, dictionaries, lexicons and other helps, he has explained how many Bible verses in the prophets refer to God’s Church, its role in our times and then in God’s kingdom; and where passages refer to members of God’s Church completely loyal to God and those that are not loyal and are therefore Laodicean who have lost or compromised with the truth restored to God’s Church. He has sorted out the verses that refer to God’s Church from those that refer to physical Israel, meaning America and British Commonwealth nations. By no means am I implying that every interpretation of scriptures he has made is valid and accurate.

The bottom-line in all his interpretations is that there would be a great apostasy in God’s Church in the end-time when many will depart from the faith and become Laodicean by either losing the truths that God restored through HWA or compromising with them. While his writings on all the prophets explain many verses, they do not add much to this overall message about the apostasy. In short: GRF is a one-trick pony. He has in a way ‘made a living’ out of using the keys to understanding prophecy that HWA provided. He has applied scriptures to what has already happened in the recent past to God’s Church after HWA’s death. 

His writings are a very valuable commentary on the prophets. But one can notice that he makes no comments on verses in the prophets where the keys to understanding prophecy about the Church cannot be applied. As far as interpreting world events is concerned, GRF has not added much to what HWA had already explained about end-time prophesied events. Because he will not accept the sequence of events revealed to me by an angel, he sometimes makes future predictions that are plain wrong.

GRF also stresses a lot of other things and has written multiple books and booklets on concepts that had already been restored through HWA. These include God’s family government, the role of the British royal throne, its connection to the descendants of King David and how Jesus Christ will occupy that throne, and that God’s method of government is one man in-charge. There is nothing new about this knowledge. It was all restored by HWA.   

GRF makes claims to PCG being the true Philadelphian remnant because God has showered him with a rainfall of new revelation in understanding prophecy. He has merely diligently used the keys provided by HWA in understanding Bible prophecy. That is the extent of the revelation he has received, which pertains to events that have already happened in the Church. Most of his writings can be summed up in the statement “Many people, including ministers, in God’s Church have discarded or compromised with the truths God restored to His Church through Mr. Armstrong. If they don’t repent and join the PCG, the only true Philadelphian remnant, they will have to go through the Great Tribulation and die in it to prove their loyalty to God to qualify for eternal life. About fifty percent will not repent and will lose their chance for eternal life.” Thus, he is still a one-trick pony. But he has gone on to deceitfully utter some blasphemous words such as “I prophesied” concerning events about which he was already assured of the outcome.

I do greatly admire GRF’s diligence and productivity though. The most productive man in God’s Church in the modern era was HWA. The other productive writer in the WCG was Herman Hoeh. After HWA’s death, the most productive men have been GRF and DCP. These three have been used by Satan. Satan’s agents are very very diligent indeed. Herman Hoeh was originally a Satan’s agent. I believe GRF and DCP started out right, but willingly became Satan’s agents because of the little bit of German blood in them. They simply loathed the idea of becoming subservient to any one else after they had already built their small Churches. Both of them want every one else to become subservient to them. That’s also the reason they are at each other’s throat in their writings, calling each other Laodicean.
